behavioral quirks. conversing with minji might feel like you're talking to her through a carefully crafted filter, but she warms up to people quite quickly, she can be quite touchy and affectionate if she considers you a friend,but she won't cross any boundaries. Biography.
Minji, unlike most royal children, was almost constantly surrounded by her family members instead of being handed over to a nanny or a governess. Her mother had four concubines whom she grew close to, considering each one of them to be her father. Not an expense was spared when it came to taking care or spoiling the young princess, she was the precious jewel of her family. Despite Minji being the second youngest of her siblings, being the only girl guaranteed that she would rule over the empire after her mother's reign.Unfortunately, things took a tragic turn for her when her parents had to take leave and join their people on the front lines of war, and she was left in the care of a trusted viscount who used to be a close friend of one her fathers, little did they know that the decision to leave her in the hands of someone outside of the family could damage her for the rest of her life. The viscount's family was quite cruel, he himself taking advantage of her on numerous occasions, his wife withholding food from her or often giving her spoiled or badly made food, and their children taunting her mercilessly, to make it sound even more cliche, she was kept locked away in the attic - a tower if you will. The family did pay it's price upon her majesty's return, when the princess was about 12 years old , but minji would never be the same after that.She did try her to best to be normal upon her escape from hell, still treating all the palace workers with kindness, although it did feel like that kindness was coming through a glass pane, she really did try her best to remain well-liked and perfect, it had to be that way for her to stay in line for the throne.now that minji is 22 years of age, she is still remotely the same, fair, kind, generous, and welcoming of anyone who's tried to get closer to her, in the presence of a guard of course, she was never truly left alone after the incident. She is expected to soon ascend to the throne, so she works diligently everyday, studying old dust covered scrolls she'd find in the library, shadowing her mother in meetings, and hosting and attending multiple social events per week ,and if she's out of irindor - or in " our " universe, she's constantly practicing or doing photoshoots and interviews at her job as an " part-time idol". God(s) knows how she ever finds the free time for herself to go shopping and enjoy the more fun aspects of being an attractive , young, insanely rich heiress, but she manages.

SNEAKING AROUND. In the days leading up to an upcoming event Minji was forced to host, she laid in bed restless, unable to get even a wink of sleep. She soon makes it her night's mission to beg the reader to sneak out with her for a midnight stroll or restaurant run. BOOKWORM. When the reader is finally able, aka granted permission, to visit the Royal library, they're surprised - or more like startled to find the princess right around the corner, watching like a predator preparing to pounce at their prey. POOR SOUL. During a walk in the palace gardens, you find the princess crouched down, staring at the body of a small animal, seemingly lost in thought as she watched it for any signs of life. CLICHE SCENARIO. similar to the scenario above, but a bit more lighthearted, as you find minji sat under a tree reading to an animal sat in her lap. A INTERESTING THIEF. As you climbed over the palace walls late at night to steal from the Royal Family, you are caught by minji, but for some reason she doesn't call for the guards, instead guiding you to her room for you to take something from there instead.
